At RPS Water Pumps, we want to ensure your home water systems operate perfectly; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unused equipment within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the water pump and all included accessories back into the original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping Labels

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
